The New Fairfield Democratic Town Committee will typically meet the last Tuesday of each month (with exceptions) in the New Fairfield Library Community Room or on Zoom (or other location as published) on the following dates, at 7:30pm

Become a Democratic candidate for local office in 2025

The New Fairfield Democratic Town Committee is seeking candidates to serve our community in the upcoming 2027 election.  Many New Fairfield Town Government positions are being contested in the 2027 election.  The New Fairfield Town Committee would like you to join us in proudly serving our community.

Here are the Boards, Commissions and elected officials that run your town:

• Board of Selectmen
• Board of Finance
• Board of Education
• Zoning Commission
• Planning Commission
• Library Board
• Board of Assessment Appeals
• Zoning Board of Appeals
• Town Treasurer
• and others

Residents who are interested in running for any of these offices on the Democratic ticket should contact any officer  with your resume and the office for which you would like to be considered for.
