“For Town Referendums like the budget and town issues (for example Town Ordinances)
property owners that have over $1000 in equity can vote. They must be able to prove
property ownership (Land/House or vehicle). NO EARLY VOTING for Town Referendum.”
“MUST be a U.S. Citizen.”
